They really follow through with their promise. I always say I need to see it to believe it. But in this case we received everything as promised. Our roof tile was delivered a week later than expected but that was do to the manufacturer taking longer than expected. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure we were always in the loop and satisfied with the process. Will recommend this company going forward.

Being a first time home owner, it was extremely frustrating filing a claim on our damaged roof. We basically hit a dead end with the previous company we hired. It was impossible to get a hold of anybody at the office and all the information requested was always incorrect. Thankfully, I was recommended Roof Revolution by multiple neighbors in our community. After calling their office we had them come out the same day to document our damage. Within the first 2 days they finished more work than the previous company did in months.

They were able to work with our insurance to have our entire roof replaced. Someone was always available to answer all our questions and walk us through the entire process. Roof Revolution handled all inspections and made sure someone from their team was always available to us 7 days a week. The process was super easy and with zero stress unlike our other projects we had around the house. Their team took care of everything including all requirements our insurance had requested.

Our sales rep, Bodhi, explained to us that our insurance company owed us a new roof as a result of damage due to hurricane Irma (less our deductible). The insurance company meanwhile was trying to maintain that the roof could be repaired and that all of the new shingles would look fine with the 12 year old Florida sun baked shingles. We chose our new shingles from a wide variety of Owens Corning Products and the new roof was installed soon after. The workmen were very professional and the work site was cleaned at the end of each day. Except for the beautiful new roof, you could not tell that anyone had been there. I could not find one nail or particle of shingle. The county inspector was complimentary in the results as he signed off on the inspection. Everyone at Roof Revolution assures me that our coverage guarantees that they will be paid by the Insurance Co. and that council was available if necessary. Roof Revolution did absolutely everything they promised, when it was promised and kept me well informed during the process. You really can’t ask for more than that.

ROOF REVOLUTION After talking with many roofing contractors Roof Revolution was by far the one that I felt most comfortable using. From day one they handled EVERYTHNG from my insurance company to acquiring the county codes. They have started the process of removing my old tile roof and installing the underlying material.
